Here is a recent episode Coast to Coast AM centered around "an alleged 15-year old interview with filmmaker Stanley Kubrick in which he admits to faking the Apollo 11 moon landing footage." This was posited as deliberate disinformation aimed at getting people to discount that very idea. Flat Earth theories as disinfo to discredit truthers is also suggested.
